        Extremely overpriced. The apartments smells of formaldehyde very cheap made. There isnt an elevator available. Not accessible for people with disabilities You have to climb a gazillion stairs. Also, it appears to be completely unkept and rundown. I would not recommend..

        I just signed my lease to Pikeville Commons and it was a supremely simple process! Ms. Christi was very helpful and very easy to contact. Renting in a place so far away from home is nerve wracking, but Ms. Christis helpful nature made it easier.

        I just signed a lease here, and Christi was amazing to work with! I'm going to be relocating to Pikeville, and it has been challenging to find a place to live, given I live 1100 miles away. However, in a matter of two days, I was able to apply, get approved, and secure an apartment - Thanks to Christi! She was very responsive, went out of her way to send me pictures of the apartment (because I wasn't able to visit in person), and got me the leasing documents and terms quickly. Since I have dogs, this was one of the few places in the area that allowed them. Between allowing pets and Christi's customer service - I was sold without having ever stepped foot on the property. It's a relief to have this piece of my relocation journey completed; I'm hopeful that the rental experience will be as good once I arrive.

        Very excited about my upcoming lease at the Pikeville Commons given the smooth process. Christi has done an AMAZING job creating a quick and easy transition for me and my roommate, which we deeply appreciate! She has been super responsive, sweet, and saved us a lot of trouble, LOVE her!
