        We initially bought a gas grill from a store down the street from Tractor Supply and were so utterly disrespected that we canceled the purchase. Fortunately for us, Mr. Steven at Tractor Supply treated us with incredible respect. If you are looking for customer service, a rarity nowadays, look no further than Tractor Supply. August 2023 update--a return visit to TSC was consistent with the experience described above. Ms. Veronica, Ms. Ronnetta, and Mr. Sterling extended customer service ABOVE AND BEYOND! Keep up the great work, Tractor Supply Co.

        Once you leave with something you are on your own. I bought a log splitter and when I couldnt figure out how to assemble I went back and ask what I was doing wrong. Their answer was I dont know we have a guy that puts them together when ask when he would be there I was told he just comes and goes so we dont know. They where supposed to have him call me and nothing.
