Wonderful experience with Budget Blinds! They made the process so easy! Came to our house, made picking out everything so easy and not stressful. They were up front about pricing and priced each room out so that we could determine which options fit our budget! They were also up front about how long it was going to take for the shutters to come in. For is it was 16 weeks. But trust me they were well worth the wait! They are absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier! Installation process was also super great! They installed everything and in one day! Super professional and great craftsman! One of our blinds had a manufacture defect and they offered to put up a shade until it could be fixed. They also quickly fixed the shutter and got it installed! They even gave us a gift card for the mix up, which was not necessary, but was an amazing jester. If you are looking for window blinds or treatments, I would highly recommend Louisville Budget Blinds! You won’t be disappointed!
