I know its been 5 yrs but it's about time I get it off my chest. I'm pretty upset with this experience. And the more weddings that I see photos of makes me depressed of the lack of experience I got as a bride. I had 3 photographers and more photos were taken of my husband then of myself. I had to have my bridesmaids take cell phone photos of me because when my MOH went to tell anyone to come take photos in our dress room they said, "if the bride wants us she can come get one of us" 3 photographers and not one could be bothered to take a photo of the bride getting ready or her girls. I'll give it that my husband's wedding photos were pretty thats why I rated an additional star.....but as the bride that didn't get any attention herself I am just really hurt over my experience and even when mentioning it to them in an email obviously there wasn't much they could do because they didn't do anything for me. And they didn't even own up to it either. It just made me feel really hurt and no professional pics of my day unless it was pics of the back of my head or side of my face I think I got a total of 5 photos of a front view of just me .. idk it just bums me out even after all these years and I just want to save another bride the heart ache of not getting attention she deserves. And the weird part is they have photos of other brides and then dropped the ball hard for me and not even a proper apology or a way to try to fix it and it just sucks. I thought I left this review before but I'll try again. Thanks.
