This review is long overdue and wanted to share my appreciation for Ron and the Fort Mitchell Garage. We were having an issue with our 2015 Honda CRV making a loud noise on startup and looking for some mechanical advice. Based on reviews and word of mouth, I decided to give Fort Mitchell Garage a call. I wound up speaking with Ron who helped diagnose the problem and said "let's start small and see if that fixes the issue." The possible fix was something I could do on my own over the weekend and then Ron said "hey, give me a call next week and let me know if that worked." Sure enough the problem was resolved. I called Ron back the next week to learn more about how I could prevent this from happening in the future and he gave me some great advice on driving conditions in the NKY/Cincinnati area and how hard it can be on a vehicle. He said if I had any issues to give him a call back or bring it in. I wasn't a current customer of Fort Mitchell Garage yet Ron took the time to listen and understand my problem. I felt he genuinely wanted to help and educate me on how I could prevent this from happening in the future. You don't often see this type of customer service and, from this experience alone, Fort Mitchell Garage has earned our future business moving forward. THANK YOU Ron and Fort Mitchell Garage!

They did a great job and advised me on what I should do in the future to avoid this from happening again and if it does happen on the steps to take to make sure no further damage is done. Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
