        Waited 20 mins for cold 2 piece fish 2 piece chicken 5 shrimp didn't get the chicken was then told she didn't ring up and no shrimp 10 mins later the cashier has brung two other customer food still no shrimp so I called her to side and said ma'am my shrimp and if it's gonna be cold too I'll just get a refund and wait 5 more minutes then go up to register where another women waits for messed up ordered had asked me if they messed my order up and before I could respond the cashier yells out at me I'm not gonna give u ur shrimp if u want a refund in front of 10 people in line that I basically had to go wait in to get a refund in 5 - 7 business days cause i used my card the girl had a smirk on her face as it was funny to her. Me not so much on top of that I was on my lunch break ordered at 12:09 pulled out at 1:05 need less to say I had a cold french fry and one bite of cold fish for my lunch break . Lost my business I won't be back to neither near ne of ur stores

      At our Paducah, KY location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.
