I had to do the work myself to figure out closing dates, call the lender to see where everything was...no help from the realtor at all. The previous owner was a heavy smoker, was not disclosed. House was not move in ready. Spent 500.00 for a cleaning crew, had a dispute over 1900...was told by the realtor I had to move( after I closed) sign still in the yard , said he was on his way to get it ...it's still there...will make nice firewood I guess...will never use century 21 again.

I called about a house for sale only to learn that the house had been sold 4 months ago and the listing wasn't removed. The lady I talked to was very helpful and friendly. She was willing to look for other houses that fit my criteria.

I really loved my Realtor at Century 21 Service Realty. Larry Mason was energetic, focused and very knowledgeable. He found the best condominium for me in a building that I would never have considered. Im so happy in my new home!
