        Pointless to have in the store if there is never anyone there to conduct business. But you have all the workers on the floor walking around being secret shoppers when at least someone could be running the Money Center counter.

        Why even have this if it's not going to be staffed during the day and make people just wanting money orders stand in line forever with the people doing returns and then only have one person there doing that. Billion dollar company and can't even staff appropriately.
