Locked my keys in my car and these folks were the only ones to answer the phone on a Saturday night. Was happy to pay $80 for the help. Only had to wait 30min for the service man to arrive!

As always, Chris did a great job for my employer and was meticulous in his work and check the key fob for technical issues from the Nissan company and tested and retested a half a dozen times to be sure the new key fob was programmed correctly. The price was extremely reasonable because I met him at the old location. The only locksmith in Owensboro for our business. Services: Car key copying, New key fob creation

Their website shows the store location and hours of operation in Owensboro, KY. They have an Owensboro phone number. I called to schedule an appointment to get a car key made. After driving to Owensboro I discovered a closed store that had been vacant for a while. I called the their number again and spoke with the same receptionist. When I inquired about the vacant store she informed me the store was closed and all calls were being routed to Evansville. No apology for my wasted time or inconvenience. No wonder they are going out of business. Poor customer service.
