Ive gotten to see the difference in between how my son whom is on Medicaid gets treated and my daughter whom is on commercial insurance gets treated. Gilbert is the only one who doesnt treat his clients any differently. Its unfortunate this is the only pediatric dentistry in Owensboro because if it wasnt Id take both my kids elsewhere.

Such a caring team! We have been very pleased with our care and ability to get in quickly for concerns. Great atmosphere for little ones.

My experience this time was not as great as it used to be, first we get here at our check in time at 11am, we sat in the waiting room for almost an hour and 3 or 4 kids that got here after us went before we did which was just ridiculous, and then me and my husband always go back together with our son, we have everytime we've came together but then get told only one of us can come back and then get back there and there are literally right next to us 2 parents with there kid. This place isn't like it used to be and I'm thinking we're going to find a new dentist.

If someone calls to reschedule they aren't asking you, they are TELLING you. Saying you can't take them off the schedule due to lack of notice on a Monday? Pass out them cell phones numbers then so you can be reached on a Sunday for "adequate notice."
