My fianc & I went to look at the apartment she never took application fee. Also she lied and said she ran our credit and didnt because were black. I dont have children. Im contacting the fair housing

I wouldnt rent here at all I call to check on a 2 bedroom apartment and the lady was very rude to me and she asked me if I had a child and I told her yes I had a 3 year old and she said she couldnt rent to me because it was and upstairs apartment and that they dont rent apartments out to people who have kids. Very very unprofessional.

I called to see what information I would need to move from out of town and the lady that answered was extremely rude non professional, I asked her direct question and she acted as though she didnt even know how to answer them. For some reason she asked did I have I kids I said yes actually thats why Im looking for a two bedroom ,she then replies oh well our requirements is that we cant put you in one by the stairs sorry cant help you and hung up .
