Went to see this doctor today! Had the absolute WORST experience ever. The man that drew my blood exerted WAY too much pressure when sticking and caused my blood to squirt out. Then, when I told him he was hurting me he quickly pulled the needle out of my arm and in a smart manner told me I could go to LabCorp. He then told me it was not okay for me to say anything while I was being stuck. As a certified phlebotomist, I tried to be understanding and apologize. He then told me he would give me a piece of advice, that it was in my best interest in the future to not say anything while I was being stuck. I apologized and continued to hold the gauze on my arm. He directed me to leave the exam room and go to the front desk. When I got there, I was already bawling and asked the receptionist to see the doctor for just a second and showed her my arm. While in the waiting room another patient got distraught from looking at my vein bleeding and bulging so I became hysterical telling her about my experience. Then the man and doctor Easler both directed me to leave the office while the police were being called. I didn't even get to schedule a follow up appointment or have the doctor look at my arm I will never go back here. I don't care if I was paid all the money in the world. And thank you to that man for traumatizing my 6 year old son.. he will probably never let anybody draw his blood.
