Awesome customer support. Had an issue with missed pickup. Traci sent the driver back out the same day. Very responsive and friendly service.

Have used Republic for years, but just received my bill and am now actively looking for an alternative service. The price is steadily climbing but the biggest complaint is the service. We used to set the toter at the end of our driveway the night before so we didn't miss the pickup. What used to be a mid-day pickup is now often after dark. If there is a holiday during the week, we are supposed to be picked up the following day, except it has become common for it to be the following week. I refuse to pay for a week that garbage is not picked up. Along with the ever-increasing pricing, I am done with the poor customer service. My wife tells me they will charge me to come and pick up their toter. I told her they would find it planted in their front yard before that happened. There are many other services around to put up with these guys.
