NEVER use Snyders Awning and Home Improvement.
Basically, their work is sloppy, and the owner is a bully.
We ordered a custom awning from them eight months ago.
I should have known it was a bad sign when Michael Snyder was pushy about what type of awning I needed and didnt give me a receipt. We try to shop local, though, and they had installed the awning for the previous homeowners, so I let it go.
After the awning arrived, Snyders installed it, but they didnt fasten it down properly, so the sides were flapping and limp.
They came back and fixed that, but the product was clearly defective (way too short to keep out the rain).
Snyders finally took down the awning and agreed to add additional length to it (half of which I was supposed to pay for.)
Months went by with Snyders failing to give updates. Every time I actually reached them, I was told they needed to check with their manufacturer. Twice, I was told it would be ready in two weeks.
8 months later, I still dont have an awning. A couple weeks ago, Snyders told me the fabric to be added to the awning was discontinued. They wont give me a refund and havent offered any other alternatives.

I didn't snap a photo lol I had to help unload there's no dock and you'll have to unload by . Easy to find actually is on the truck route through town. Truck stop is 5 miles away on Hawes Blvd.

Has been paid in full for 5 months now.and they won't show up to do the work..We'll be there tomorrow-No show We got you on the list..After 5 months I should be the top of the list..Get nothing but the run around and lied to every time we talk....Either give me the money back or services promised
