        My husband and I went to have our taxes done. When we went in- we stood as the only two in there for a few min before anyone helped. My husband has a business and we did not get clear understanding on how to file. We wanted to see if it was best to file separately or jointly- and we had to remind them 3 times in 10 min that we wanted to do which one gave us the best results. During this one employee continued to interrupt with personal life issues, and oil dip sticks being brought in while we were trying to figure out our taxes. This was a highly unprofessional experience and we were very disappointed after seeing a high review on google. 20 minutes wasted as we walked out.
