        What a great service Zoom Drain provided. The knowledgeable staff was able to diagnose what our problem was over the phone. Their technicians were prompt and got the job done. When they check in on you a week laterit shows that they care about the service they provided. I highly recommend Zoom Drain.

        Great service and quick to answer and follow up with any questions I may have had. I called them out on Friday, fixed by Tuesday and luckily found more issues with older pipes that would have prevented more of a disaster down the line and fixed that by Wednesday. Estimates were dead on and were in my opinion very fair for the work they did. Don't waste your time with someone who may appear cheaper or who may try and scam you, just go with the best in Zoom Drain and get it done right.

        I wish there was 10 star option. The experience was much better than a 4 but not quite a 5. The response time was when we needed it. Communication was awesome! Shawn was kind and knowledgeable. The cost was much more than expected. Next time I will comparison shop but will choose Zoom Drain if they are close, up to 10% more.
