Bad customer service

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and have been pleased with the service and turn around time. Never had any issues. Recently, I have had horrible customer service from the young floaters, lady pharmacist, and turn around time in regards to receiving my medication as well as the communication between the pharmacy and customer. As a result, I have had to switch to another pharmacy. I use to highly recommend this pharmacy but not the case anymore.

Unfriendly staff and inefficient service. My 9 year old had an ear infection, prescription was sent at 9:30am. I called at 10:30 to check status, said it was ready. It was not. Took them 30 more minutes after I arrived. Never again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are terrible. Always a line, always behind schedule. I just made two separate trips there in a 3 hour span because I was told my meds would be ready each time. They werent. Then they told me if I was nice they would fill them in 20 minutes. This is a very time sensitive medication (that they received from my doctor 8 hours before i showed up) and I quite literally did not have time to wait on them to mess up THREE times. Unbelievable. Just avoid them at all costs. I had them send it to TC center and it was ready within 10 minutes.

Not sure why they always seem under staffed when they are tripping over each other. I arrived for my Covid shot (which I scheduled for 4:45) at 4:40. At 5:10 they tell me they have to wait for my shot to be warmed up at least 15 minutes. I said ok but I had a scheduled appointment, why wasnt it warmed before I got here. They told me they wait to make sure I come so they dont waste which I understand, but I have now been waiting 25 min. Why wasnt it pulled when I arrived?? The point of an appointment is so that things are planned for BOTH parties.
