        Paid three hundred dollars to have my window fixed they just reglued the old pieces back and it broke again 2 months later. And now they can't fix it because they can't get new pieces and won't guarantee their work. Now they want another $300 for a whole new window. Also had another car looked at there 2 years ago, they said it was gonna be $2500 to fix and it wasn't worth it and I got a whole new motor put in for700 hundred somewhere else and it's still running today. Also misdiagnosed a easy fix on my son's car and the work they did on it is falling apart a year later and won't guarantee that either.

      Hello Chari, Car Masters guarantees all work for 2 years/ 24,000 miles nationwide on all new parts. In May 2023 you came in for us to check your drivers side window. Our diagnosis was that the window tabs came off and bent the window regulator assembly. The tabs or clips were discontinued, so we gave you the option for us to reglue and try to use them when replacing the regulator. That is a common practice when trying to save our customers money. You returned on February 05, 2024 and we determined the tabs were broken and could not be reglued again. Knowing the clips are discontinued, we found a used glass with the clips on it. We gave you a price of $255.00 for the glass, no labor to replace it. It is my hope you understand that you needed the regulator assembly, which is still working today. The issue is now with the clips. Not charging labor to replace the window is a goodwill gesture to you. I regret you had to take to google, I have worked with your family for many years and would have liked the opportunity to discuss this with you.
