We take all reviews seriously as part of our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.We want to clarify some points mentioned in your review, as our records and recollections of the events differ significantly from the account provided.Regarding the alleged phone conversation where our team member was accused of being dismissive. Our records, including text messages, show a willingness to address your concerns promptly and professionally. In Fact we encouraged an onsite visit to address your concerns.Concerning the interactions during the onsite visit, it's important to note that our intent for the meeting was to collaboratively identify and address the issues you pointed out. Once again we don’t feel that your recollection of events is accurate and in fact you were not present for the initial interaction between myself and your husband. What transpired was that your husband became severely agitated when I did not agree with a couple of his accusations of “Poor Workmanship”. I don’t feel the need to elaborate any further on this conversation other than saying as a business owner and person I do believe in complete and total honesty. Therefore, when I am asked for my honest opinion I simply am not going to say something that I believe to be untrue to appease someone no matter what the circumstances.On the subject of the repair work, we did return to address the identified issues. We agreed that either yourself or your husband would be present during the repairs so that you could sign off on the completed work. Unfortunately, on the agreed upon day of repairs neither yourself or your husband could make the time to be present to approve the work completed. If there are outstanding concerns that were not rectified, we were not made aware of these until now (3 months later). It's our standard practice to ensure that all agreed-upon repairs are completed to our clients' satisfaction, and we're surprised to hear this was not your experience.As for the follow-up, our team believed all items had been addressed and closed out. We had no reason to believe that your concerns were not addressed. We value the trust you placed in us for your decking project and take your feedback seriously. While our recollection of events and the subsequent actions taken differ from your account, we are open to discussing this matter further to clarify any misunderstandings and to ensure your complete satisfaction with the work completed.
