        CSRs are a bit rude Also still cant understand why Walmart or grocery stores can cash an employer paycheck but a bank cant without an account, 3 forms of ID, and your first borns soul. (Bank of)Walmart is open 24/7, for anyone wanting to cut out the middle man. If Walmart or Kroger started offering accounts, i honestly believe it could kill the banking system.

        I can't recommend the people at Monticello Bank highly enough! At the beginning of the pandemic Steve Brinson and Chad Payne helped me with a PPP loan that saved my business. They provided outstanding personal service when bigger banks weren't prioritizing helping small business owners. If you want to work with a bank that values you as an individual customer, this is a great branch to work with!
