Showed up and he would not sweep my chimney. I set an appointment up 1 month out told John the all the details of the 2 fire places. He said no problem he could sweep them. Showed up charged 100$ inspection and said he could not sweep them. Dont wast your time. Other professionals have swept the chimney the previous years no problem. All John wanted to do was talk I honestly dont think he had no intention of even sweeping the chimney. Service: Chimney cleaning

Just moved into a new place and needed an inspection and possible cleaning. John said he could do the inspection for one price and add-on the cleaning if needed. He was honest in saying we didn't need a cleaning for a couple years based on our projected usage. He also shared a lot of knowledge around the fireplace in general and tips for safe using.
