Ive been living here for over a year and wouldnt want to live anywhere else! I plan on renewing my lease and the end of my term because its such a wonderful place to live. The property manage, Kat, is so attentive and is very welcoming. She really makes the W feel like a home! The maintenance guys, Dorian and Tyler, are both very quick to get anything taken care of! Id recommend moving here if you ever need a place to live. The W is right in the center of all the fun in Brannon while also feeling like its secluded - love it!

The Wat brannon? They are almost done with construction. Until then, enjoy the Photoshop concept pictures and fake 5 star reviews. (Like this one) I'm not sure any of the reviews are real, every account is a bot account. The hateful responses from The Wat are very telling of their management.

Place are trash. You can hear everything from inside your apartment. Not to mention they are thieves here as well. I moved out after they spiked the rent and my apartment was cleaned carpets shampooed took videos and pictures.. then told the property manager(Natalie) and thats another topic in itself but they basically took my security deposit and said for professional cleaning.. some screen in window I never touched. Do not move in here. You will hear every apartment around you.. you will get fined and then they will steal your security deposit after they spike renewals cost. No one renews here because its been so bad. Every one I know that lived here has the same story and outcome. RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY.. A law suit will be being filed shortly. I have never smoked in that apartment and you are clearly lying over and over. Never once was I given a notice or anything about smoking because that's not true at all. Hole is what screen? The windows were never opened so how could there be a hole in the screen? That would of been done from the outside. The apartment was cleaned and the LEASE does not state anywhere that you have to have carpets professionally cleaned.. The law suit will have a copy of the lease agreement and will show that. Its okay, It will be handled and just so you know most people have moved out instead of re leasing due to your raise in price and the way you all conduct business. He can keep his money. Natalie the manager is butt hurt and now replies stupidly. When really all she did was talk badly about working for steve and what this complex has done wrong.
