My experience with Ravi Patel so far has unfolded like this. I called Ravi's number, but I did not leave a message or request a call back. I was unsure if I wanted to actually talk to another loan officer this week. As I had spoken to a couple recently and they left a lot to be desired. Considering I was supposed to be talking to knowledgeable professionals and at the very least an emotionally mature adult, but I digress *sigh. When a short time later I was driving in my truck, and I received a call back from Ravi. Simply receiving a timely call back nowadays can make someone stand out. I had a couple questions that I was looking for answers to. Yes, they could be considered complex, and unique in comparison to what questions might be typically asked to a loan officer. Ravi not only clarified he understood the questions but was able to give me the answers I needed without getting frustrated. He didn't feel the need to attempt to make me feel small for asking some complicated questions for him to answer. He was able to answer both questions on the spot in the flow of conversation. One of the other loan officers that I previously mentioned said he would be my coach and to send him any questions I would have while moving forward in the process. I sent an email to him asking the same questions he replied back with "I'm not your guy, try 5/3rd" Which is why I started the process over with calling Ravi. Ravi Patel so far just on character alone seems to be heads above the other recent loan officers, I attempted to build a working relationship with. I asked Ravi if I could type up a list of questions I had and come in and meet with him next week and he said absolutely. I will update new reviews after future meetings Ravi. Even if he doesn't end up being a good fit for what I am looking for in the future. I would recommend you calling him. As I believe he in fact is knowledgeable and polite at the very least. *UPDATE* I found Ravi to be attentive and was able to navigate every question I had for him. He was able to get as deep down in the weeds of the borrowing process as we needed to go. It was great to see that he could not only understand all the variables that will go into making a decision for buying a new property. While owning a mix bag of properties already, but he did so with compassion trying to see the vison and how each piece of the puzzle would fall into place with each new step taken. He is not a plug-in play lender where he just puts your numbers in someone else's software boxes. He understands the relationship of each value being inputted and their correlation to all the variables. I believe anyone reading this should feel safe, if you are wondering if he knows financing and effective lending strategies.

Ravi is Fantastic! I cannot recommend him enough for any sort of needs when it comes to a loan officer. Him and his team were so great to work with!

All I can say about Ravi is WOW. My fiance and I spoke to a few brokers before contacting Ravi and we are so glad we chose him. He and his team gave us 5-star customer service, got on the phone with us whenever he could, made the process a little less daunting, and helped us get the best interest rate as possible.

Ravi was our loan officer for the purchase of our first home, and he and his team were so great to work with. He really helped us understand a lot more about the homebuying process and explained things clearly and concisely. The loan process was smooth and simple; it was easy for us to provide all of the necessary documents they asked of us, and we never ran into any road bumps. I highly recommend him and his team for your home mortgage needs!
