        Run don't walk from this attorney. He lied to me about a flat rate. He allowed things to go on for months and did absolutely nothing. He literally did nothing. Then he came to me for more money.He was timid and afraid to talk to the DA. He did everything to stall and milk time. He is completely unprofessional. This man does not represent his client. He is unethical and I will be filing a complaint with the Bar association.

      Lisa, I am sorry you feel that way. You of course have a right to file a complaint with the bar association, but I would hope that would contact my office for further discussion first. I am unable to discuss your case specifically here in this forum. What I can defend is that I did not lie to you about the flat rate of the retainer. Jury and court trials require additional fees. My retainer states that I cannot guarantee the results of any criminal defense proceeding.
