        Clean laundromat, variety of machines to choose from. Did have a washer that didn't work properly had to rewash as well as 2 dryers that took an extra $1.00 compared to the other 4 that didn't. No attendant on duty which means no one to notify of faulty equipment nor a refund on the extra $5.00. I would return despite the couple dryers/washer clean safe and open 24 hours a day.

        I was on business out of state and was only supposed to be gone 3 days which turned into another week. I researched several laundry mats and I ended up picking hilltop. What a great decision! As I walked in I felt safe and there was a gentlemen cleaning the area. He was friendly and assisted me with my needs. There was free Wi-Fi, snacks and drinks, and a table and tv. What a great place being in a pinch hilltop provided a great service to allow me to have clean clothes the remainder of the trip. Oh and I only spent 13 bucks where a laundry service at the hotel wanted 54 bucks. Win win

      Thank you for your review. Machines do have errors from time to time. We are sorry you experienced this during your visit. In response to your dryer issue, dry time for clothing depends on the type and amount of clothing you have placed in the dryer. It may take longer for heavier fabrics to dry vs another machine with lighter clothes. Or fuller dryer vs less full.Although we are unattended, we are very responsive to phone calls and texts. We also have a refund request form that we look at daily, as well as a form to report faulty machines. Machines are repaired quickly. And refunds, depending on your preferred refund method, are sent out daily. Thank you for visiting.

      Awesome! So glad you found us! We do our very best to keep our laundromat clean ... steam cleaning the machines, emptying dryer lint screens 2x daily, sanitizing frequently, and keeping out of service machines at a minimum.Thank you for your wonderful words and if you're ever in the area again, look us up.
