        Zach was on time, if not early, and was extremely pleasant. He checked everything for the spring A/C preventive maintenance appointment and took the time to answer my questions before leaving. Ive been a customer for at least 15 years and GC has always responded quickly & professionally when needing a service call.

        Jesse Cuffman was a complete professional on Monday. He even proactively asked about our questions/concerns not only at the beginning of his visit but he checked back at the end to make sure everything was good to go before he left! Great Job Jesse!

        Jesse was extra special! He came today for AC maintenance He was a great listener. He was able to answer all my questions. He gave me some great advice on cost efficiency as I decide what I will do on either replacing or fixing my unit. He was not pushy about trying to sell me something but gave me great advice and options. Most of all I appreciate his kindness and speaking in terms I can understand. Great Job Jesse , he deserves a raise after dealing with me!
