Visited New Riff this past weekend while on/finishing the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. I was extremely disappointed when I went to purchase a bottle of New Riff Bourbon and they did not accept cash in their visitors gift shop. In a polite way I passed on the purchase of anything and left the facility. Its very sad that American Currency is refused in any American business. With that being said, I refuse to visit and/or purchase anymore New Riff products until cash is accepted. Update: After completing the entire Bourbon Trail (Craft Distilleries included) New Rip Off is the only Distillery Visitors Center that does not accept cash.

We just did a Blending tour with Grover and Ben. Both were great guides and hosts. We enjoyed hearing the history of the brand and felt like we were old friends by the end of the night. I can't recomment the experience enough. Thank you for offering a unique experience in NKY.
