    I was lied to by Jason the salesman. He didn't keep his word. He said all the trash would be removed from my basement . It wasn't. All of my stuff decorations of all kinds was organized. Was just tossed everywhere. He said out of his own mouth the the insurance would cover it and it was a 3 day turn around. Also I ask if we would be replacing the paneling and the drywall he said No! Out of courtesy of mine it will be replaced. Well none of that was finished.So now I have 2-3ft of my drywall gone and insulation around the bottom of my walls . No paneling back up. And a hugh mess to clean up in my basement where everything was just tossed everywhere . I am a very dissatisfied customer. Jason was sure to come out and tell us all what we needed it and made big promises. Then didn't live up to his word. Never the less iam pissed off. I will never use Jolly again. I will be sure to tell everyone I know the service I had from your company! I will make sure they will not use your company .

Good morning Orville & Kelly. This is Jason "the salesman." I wanted to wait a week to see if you would take down your review, as we knew Orville was upset with his insurance company. While I see this review was posted under Kelly's name, I haven't seen or spoke with Kelly since the first day we responded to your flooded basement. I have spoken with Orville multiple times, and just met with him on Wednesday, February 14th. You have some bits of truth in this review, but I wish you were honest about the whole situation. There was no sump pump failure, drain back up, or overflow coverage on your policy with Grange. As I sat with you for over 90 minutes while we tried to determine whether or not you had coverage, I explained our process for clean up. Yes, most structural drying projects take 3-5 days. Your property took 4 days, and we only charged for 3. Why did we only charge for 3? Because we found out you had no coverage for the loss, you had informed us of the recent medical struggles you have been dealing with, and we wanted to help someone in our community. As I stated multiple times, I literally live less than 2 miles from you. You're basically a neighbor. I even provided you with a 10% military discount. We take pictures before, during, and after every project. We do this for two reasons: 1.) To help our customers with photographic evidence so they have what they need to be reimbursed by their insurance company WHEN there is coverage. 2.) To protect our team from persons who are unhappy or unfair/dishonest when they do something like post a review that isn't truthful. You are right that there is currently a very clean, level 2' flood cut where we removed the affected drywall. We also removed an equal portion of insulation that had been damaged by the water. We removed the one wall of paneling in its entirety to make replacement easier. While we can tape, mud, and finish drywall - we cannot do the same with paneling. The paneling and drywall haven't been put back up, and we had never quoted you for that portion of the project. That was the purpose of our meeting on Wednesday. I am sorry for the situation that you are in, but to try and pin this on our company is shameful. You still have an outstanding balance of $3,901.40, which is past due. This was explained last Wednesday after I was so rudely told to “get out.” 

I will be reaching out to Kelly directly, as when a customer lies in writing because they are unhappy, it can be considered libel. We’ve worked too hard to build a reputation with our customers to let someone try and give us a black eye.
