This place has everything! Right by the river, great view, you can tell that management really cares about the property. Rooms are so clean and nice and the hallways and stairwells even look great. Management is also super friendly and helpful with any and all questions! This place feels like home

Flats on the Row have done a fantastic job renovating the property. You cannot beat the location, if youre a city lover like myself, you will find that everything is within arms reach. Couldnt ask for better service from the apartment staff there and would recommend to anyone in need of a great apartment for a great price and location.

Jaylen was very helpful and respectful and full of knowledge. Any question I had she answered . The staff was very nice and the property was very clean. This property was the cleanliest and nicest out of all my tours. Thanks for the experience Jaylen!
