Randy was there at every moment of our sale! He helped us find this beautiful home when we moved here to Murray...and he helped us sell as my job relocated me a year later! Randy Herndon was my realtor. I was looking for a house in Murry. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find what i was looking for. Very patient and understanding in all my needs. What we feared would be near impossible was totally doable for Randy Herndon..I don't know that he didn't have some divine intervention too. We had some pretty specific needs that presented a challenge but Randy was up for the task & assured me I wouldn't have to just settle for a home that didn't really fit just to get moved. AND we did most of our searching /corresponding online & on the phone from more than 3 hours away. Randy was armed with our list of must haves, measuring tape & knowledge of what could be "modified" and quickly spotted any issues that would have made a listing with potential into a deal-breaker. He saved us valuable time and resources by doing so much work ahead of our visit. He was always available every time I reached out and provided prompt answers with a follow-up to make sure we had everything we need. I'm beyond excited to report that with Randy's help, we were able to find the "right" home!
