        Can't say enough good things about Richard and PRMI! After working with another lender who ended up not being able to get a USDA loan to go through even though I was pre approved. I was devastated. I called Richard, he not only got a USDA loan approved, but at AT LOWER interest rate! My nerves were shot after the experience with the other lender. Richard continously assured me that we were ok, and worked hard to keep his promise! So grateful that Richard and his team were able to make a dream of owning a home come true!! Thank you Richard!!
