Dr. Lamkin is great. Most of his staff members are friendly and accommodating. However theres an older receptionist whos rude and lacks compassion. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lampkin. My wife called 2 hours before my appointment to let him know we would be 10 minutes late the day of the appointment. The first receptionist was totally fine and said there would be no issue. The older receptionist called back right as we pulled into the parking lot (eight minutes late exactly) and told us we could no longer see him, and wed have to reschedule (a month away) when we told her we were in the parking lot she said it didnt matter. Ill reiterate Dr. Lampkin is great, but good luck seeing him

Dr. Lampkin was very personable. He took time to explain what he felt my husband needed and to discuss the pros and cons of each option. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. It's nice to be able to go to a doctor and not feel rushed or talked down to.
