SpringHill Suites by Marriott Murray

Not a bad hotel looks fairly new. Stayed for the week. Rooms were nice and spacious. There is a bar downstairs next to the lobby.

Room was great. Staff was kind. Unfortunately they were unable to remove an incorrect charge from my bill stating I used water bottles in the room when I did not. Super small thing, but enough to leave me unimpressed overall and disappointed in the customer service from the manager. She could not find her housekeeping charges list when I called to question the charges and then said shed call back, but never did and the charges were never removed.

I made a reservation in error within their 48 hr cancellation window, called 5 minutes later to confirm cancellation. Attendent confirmed it was canceled. Still got charged. I sent them my time stamped booking email and phone call to them and they would not refund me. They told me they didnt see where any of their employees spoke with me. Whether its poor training, or just poor customer service, I will no longer stay at Marriott hotels out of pure principal.
