        Dead batteries for me never happen when it is warm but Tim at Autozone took great care of me when it was cold on January 13, 2024. Taking the battery out of my truck was just shy of brain surgery but Tim methodically did what he need to do to get the battery out. 20 minutes I was on the road again. I am giving Tim 5 stars only because I cant give him more.

        I was told this morning my part would be there by 6pm and after my wife gets there the guy said I was going to call but I forgot it is going to be late. Guess I will try tomorrow.
