The two gentlemen that came to check our ac were very friendly and respectful of property. With temperatures in the nineties and heat index expected to be in the triple digits for the next few days we didn't want to take any chances. Relatives were coming in from Florida to stay with us for a week and the condensing unit outside was making some unfamiliar noises. Called Butch and Sons to get on their list for a cleaning and inspection. They called back and came later that afternoon. Air Conditioner has been running fine now for the last two weeks. Highly recommend them for service.
