        I loved the place I rented from Mark and Melissa! They responded quickly if I ever needed them.. And I would highly recommend Solid Ground Rentals to anyone.. Clean, nice and up to date rental.

        Solid Ground rentals lives up to the reviews! We rented from Mark and Melissa our 1st year in Morehead. And can say that they are still helping us to this very day at our new home by reaching out and letting us know they had a pile of mail sent to our old address. Solid Ground is truly a blessing! We still keep in touch to this day and can say with all truth that they are the REAL DEAL! Youll be so glad you rented from them and will quickly learn that they care about your well being as a tenant! (I wish I could give the 6 stars!)

        I have nothing but wonderful things to say about both Mark and Melissa. Professional, prompt, and trustworthy. They treat all tenants like family and truly care about their properties and keeping them maintained. Rent was fair and any concerns (there were very few over the course of our time there) were addressed usually within 24 hours or less. I am certain that you could not find better landlords!
