Mr Gatti's Pizza

Took my grandsons, 6 and 4, for pizza and Arcade games. I was a bit concerned in the beginning because there was a large group of elementary students there ahead of us. But the staff kept fresh pizzas coming and there was no lag in between. The boys loved the Arcade games, too. We will definitely plan a return trip.

Stopped here from out of town and was surprised when I discovered the game room. The combo deal with the kuds buffet and game card us a pretty good deal. The people here were extremely pleasant and helpful. The buffet had excellent offerings. It lost a star because the cheese pizza my wife and I got was not sufficient for a place calked mr. Gatti's.

Ive been coming here for over 20 years. They are consistently good and pizzas come out fresh regularly. For buffet pizza, the overall quality, flavor, and texture: I give them a 7.2/10 As for variety, I give them a 6.5/10 The salad bar is small and lacking options in my opinion, but lets face it, were there for the pizza! My sister and family complained that the games are expensive for kids. If youre planning a birthday, I would ask a lot of questions about prices, as people complained that the games cost quite a bit to play and the cards were empty within minutes. Try the mac and cheese I give it a solid 9/10!

I've went here Many times over the last 8 years and tonight my children and I had the worst service we've ever had at any restaurant, my 6 year old who has multiple disorders was treated absolutely horrible as was myself, he had climbed on the divider as we were getting ready to leave I scolded him and told him to quit then the suppose to be manager scolds my child in front of others customers which then left him upset and embarrassed he than sat a the bar where he held his head down and was fidgeting with a Parmesan shaker barely sprinkles it on the bar then the "manager" embarrasses him yet again and my self and other children by yelling and asking if he was with us and to get him away from there while I was trying to get my twin toddlers out of high chairs and was saying he was DUMPING parmesan EVERYWHERE which he was not it was barely even sprinkled on the counter! He was very rude and disrespectful when I addressed him and told him that was very rude and uncalled for and told him he was approaching myself and my child in a very unprofessional manner and that he did not have to speak to us that way he then told me to leave and when I asked to speak to the manager he told me he was the manager and refused to give me his bosses information not to mention him and his Co worker talking about us behind the counter where my oldest daughter heard and was upset and embarrassed! I'm absolutely disgusted with this man I took my kids out to enjoy their day now their all upset I've worked in fast food settings and restaurants I've also worked with the health department and I could go on and on with a list of things that they done wrong and lines that were crossed but I'm gonna stop here and I will be continuing to get in contact with all appropriate parties until this situation is addressed accordingly and handled in the proper manner. This man's name was Cheyenne he does not need to be working in any setting with children my son has been inconsolable since we left!!
