This establishment is full of hateful people who are extremely ableist. Not only do the employees show signs of ableism, they also talk badly about other employees generally. The director and the full time staff made my autistic partner feel completely alienated. The director offered no accommodations upon hiring an autistic individual. Once my partner, who they hired with the knowledge that my partner was autistic, showed any signs of autism they directly fired my partner, requesting my partner come in on a day off under the guise of simply discussing some things. My partner was there on their day off for an hour being made to defend themself after an incident already occurred with the exact situation. They sat my partner in a room ONE day prior and discussed the same thing, my partner got overwhelmed in the moment as they are autistic and let the employees know this, then said they needed a moment and stepped outside to calm down. The full time staff then proceeded to tell the director that my partner had an outburst and simply up and left. The director already had plans to fire my partner yet still put my partner through this, once again knowing that they are autistic. They also didnt offer a single accommodation to my partner despite being told before my partner was ever hired that my partner was autistic. Very poor management from director and extremely unprofessional from the staff and a non profit in general. I will not be supporting this organization in the future.

I will always be extremely grateful for Doves. The staff and the services offered there are absolutely amazing. Doves provided me with a safe, clean, comfortable place to heal. The staff is kind, caring, always available and ready to help. I can honestly say,"I have nothing to complain about." Thank you Doves for all that you do.

Had an interview there and I was offered a job. The next time I went in, I no longer had one. They had a employee there that was a former coworker, and she decided to spread lies about me. So, theres that.
These women do good things for the community.
However, they are very unprofessional and snooty. They also refused to speak to me further about anything else.
Overall, they do good services but as people, theyre not the best. If I could give them a zero, I would.

I stayed there and they make you pay if not right then eventually they will! They charged me 798.00 for 3 months! I do not recommend them to anyone and the women that work there are snobby and not christianlike at all
