Zero stars if that was an option! Would not recommend to families of young children, especially if children have some type of disability. Staff, including the Dentists, are insensitive to the needs of these little people. During the COVID crisis they refused to allow me to escort my daughter, who is hearing impaired and would not be able to understand them speaking to her, to the treatment area. She is already frightened, like most children of the dentist, but now they are wearing mask and she cant communicate with them. They tried to justify this decision by saying they were following rules set by the Kentucky Dental Association and that they were trying to protect me from my own childs aerosolized dental fluids. Hopefully a complaint to the U.S. Department of Justice ADA Compliance Office and the Kentucky AG will result in their enlightenment in how to deal with such situations in the future. My family certainly will not be back to see however!

The front desk lady is nice and the house/office is very cute, but would never return here again. I went two years ago for a cleaning, horrible plaque on my bottom row of teeth. This was from too much glue on a permanent retainer where I couldnt floss and he said he could fix it. After I left the plaque was still there and they looked no different then when I came in. Also no difference to the retainer and still couldnt floss either, was a waste of time. Recently went to the Morehead Dental Group and they cleaned my teeth perfectly with no plaque in sight and Im so happy. Id go to Morehead Dental Group instead, wouldnt return here again.
