I would give ZERO stars if I could! These people are horribly deceitful & dishonest! They did a simple 15 min HVAC check (nothing wrong, no repairs), then stood & talked about the economy, politics, covid, etc for an ENTIRE hour! That was all well & fine until they ended up charging me 3 HOURS "LABOR"!!! I guess running one's mouth can get pretty laborious at times. But I digress. At some point, I decided I would begrudgingly pay the charge but I wanted to ensure the office was made fully aware of what these employees did. So, I called politely. But making matters even worse, the (unprofessional) woman with which I spoke immediately became defensive, terribly rude, flippant & dismissive of everything I said. And I wasn't even asking for a discount!! All I wanted to do was report the situation in hopes it would reach a responsible supervisor who could then address it with the employees directly. Instead, I was treated with disdain & completely blown off. Obviously, I will never use this company's services again but my advice for anyone that does - use caution, be observant, be mindful of time & if they linger & loiter after they're done, don't feel bad telling them to leave (because they're likely charging you for that loitering time...& then some).
