        Wonderful, the manager, Marlene was gracious, helpful and kind, very knowledgeable , helped me understand how HUD works. The property is beautiful, the most impressive of all the different apartments I have seen in Morehead, certainly the cleanest.

        Really clean apartments, no carpet, freshly painted & floors waxed every time a new tenant moves in. Any problems u have the maintenance man fixes it as soon as possible. I also like the manager, I've been late on rent SEVERAL times & she could have kicked me out, but has always been nice & understanding. My only complaint is the playground 4 the kids, a 20 yr old swing set is all that's offered; where as all the other lower income Apts around mhead have really nice play grounds. this is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars.
