Update. I moved out cause I didn't feel I should keep paying High Gouging rent. Joni Blake had the nerve to tell the other renters I left the Apartment in Horrible condition. I'll never understand how someone in mgt lies and starts trouble with other neighbors. That's shameful. Here are my moving out photos. I mopped, slept and vacuumed after 17 yrs and the last 3 yrs of HELL. I can't even post the pictures

Rent gouging every year 650$-800$ is HIGH WAY ROBBERY. They took over the Property maybe 2 or 3 years ago. Property Mgt is sad. Every year my rent has been going up. I ask Joni Blake can I talk to the Landlord she says no, I have to go thru her. My rent is going up more in February, and I want my apartment Remodel like the other units but if I do it's going up more. Please make that make since.I pay on time, dealing with Hemiplegic Migraines, Depression and Anxiety. I'm not the only renter that fills this way,Ive been living here for about 17 yrs and it's my Safe place, Especially dealing with Domestic Violence in my past........I posted photos of when I moved out and cleaned the apartment, she told neighbors I left it Horrible, more lies...sad

Travis and team did an excellent job! We purchased 2 homes in Southern Indiana with Covenant. They did an amazing job on both purchases and truly care!
