Pro Muffler

Been a customer a little over 5 years. Have always had positive feedback and have referred many to this establishment and for that I will give 3 stars. However, the work I had done a week ago left me with sloppy welds and many exhaust leaks Some which were so pronounced it has been messing with the fuel trims in my car causing it to run poorly / stall. After coming to a final diagnosis of the all of a sudden performance issues with my tuner / builder, I called Pro Muffler to explain how I spotted heavy leaks and were detailed of their where abouts and have picture / video proof and mentioned my car is not running properly hoping I would be told to bring it back lets make it right. I got a very lack luster response which gave me the hint that he did not care and I was even told I figured it would leak From there, I took the car to a reputable shop and the botched weld jobs and hacking of my pipes were irreversible leading to me having to bite the bullet and purchase a very expensive cat-back system. For that reason, I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Service: Exhaust

Chris is a super nice man that is very knowledgeable and efficient with his tools procedures. Fast effective work on exhaust systems, very reasonable and will do what you want. I'm impressed and highly recommend him and his work. You won't be sorry when you go Pro Muffler.

Always fair and have did work on 4 of my vehicles over the years. Never one problem. Explained everything before doing them.
