My son is to start school here in August, I am just not sure I want him to. Seems like no matter what time of day you call them, nobody EVER answers the phone. You get a voicemail which someone states they will call you back if you leave your contact info. NOT A CHANCE! I have been waiting and trying to contact someone for 3 days and STILL have yet to talk to anyone! I have SEVERAL questions I have to ask them before I am able to continue with the stuff I need to get done for my son and until then, he can't even go to school. Doesn't seem to me that there are very responsible people working at the office to answer the phone.
