Staci Skinner is fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and didn't stop until she found the right home for our son. She said she wanted every first time home buyer to have a great experience and lived up to that and more! You are very fortunate to have her on your team! I couldn't add a separate review for Kristi Saint, but wanted to say how much we appreciated her - she and Staci worked extremely well together and one or the other knew someone who could get things done, and where to go for what we needed. Kristi came through in a big way when we ended up being a mover down on moving day - she arranged for 2 great young men, from the high school, to come help us unload the truck even though we got there later than expected. They are truly a formidable (in a good way) team and will take great care of you.

Can't speak to the realtors but the receptionist was very rude. Need someone more professional answering the phones that at least pretends to care about customers.

Horrible experience, Cindy McKenzie , lied to me, let people into my home unaccompanied, didn't answer email for weeks, evidently doesn't take info home nights or weekends, didn't seem to want to update listing, change anything, do anything, had to lose money waiting for contract to end,, thankfully had a great realtor after that with Keller Williams agent, Lavena Cavanaugh, Cindy was ineffective , and caused drama, leaving clients in the drive and drove off ,, run
