        My vehicle rates went up $200 a year. They have both my home and vehicle as a bundle. I called to ask them about shopping it around for a better rate. Left a message with contact number. They didnt return my call, I had to call them back. Once speaking with them they said they would check for better rates and let me know before I needed to renew my policy. I never heard anything back from them. Ive been with Riddle for years no claims, accidents or violations and was never treated like this. If this is the norm for basic customer service then I would hate to see what trying to file a claim is like. Once these policies, expire I will not be back. Inexcusable customer service. Its a shame really. I gave them one star only because I couldnt post without at least picking one, or it would have been none.
