I came into town for 2 night stay with my son, and my experience with this hotel was not good. On top of breakfast not being included......I switched rooms 4 times at 1am on my first night stay. Room 1 had a stained sofa bed mattress. (See pictures below) Room 2 sofa bed was broken and would not come out of couch. Room 3 had an open concept in the bathroom where water from shower could spread to toilet and sink area (safety hazard). My son has just returned back to basketball from an ACL tear, and the room would not have been suitable for him. Room 4 seemed like a winner with no flaws. The room was an upgrade with 2 double beds and a tub versus open shower concept. I started to unpack and load the fridge when I noticed 2 white leftover containers that someone on a previous stay left behind. Staff or the hotel has not reached out to me for an apology or questions/concerns. Rooms: Don't trust any sofa beds at this location. Noteworthy details: Check entire room before you settle in.
