        I ordered pants, returned to store to exchange, right size not available, and re ordered to have shipped. Sales associate was rude during the process- not to mentioned STUPID- reordered wrong color. She needs to quit if she doesnt like her job!

        Who closes a store at 7PM??? Who can ever shop there?? Ridiculous! Lofts clothing has not been up to par recently. I guess thats how they can close early! I know I wont be returning.
