Window Depot has replaced three exterior doors on my house and they have done a fantastic job on all three! All sales people have been very helpful, and the installers have all done an excellent job, answering all of my questions. I hope I never have to replace another door in my life, but if I do, these folks will be who I call.

I want to recognize Brandon Neal, sales representative and Deshawn Hawkins, installer affiliated with the Louisville based Window Depot. I was impressed with their professionalism as well as their knowledge of the Provia windows. These two employees definitely deserve a bonus for their outstanding service. For future reference, I would recommend their services.

I had 2 residential windows installed and they turned out great. Sales process was hassle free. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I've been in REAL ESTATE & Corporate Business for many years and can be very critical of who I deal with; let alone who enters my home / interacts with my family. My family and I were so proud to have "Big John", Brandon Neal, Deshawn Hawkins, Dustin (sorry I did not catch your last name) and Bill Ditsch in both of our properties and allow them to provide what we come to expect from a KY Based Company - in fact ANY COMPANY! From the aforementioned individuals, to the folks at Provia windows who provided the knowledge; we are just so thrilled that we MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. It's easy to just "click & point" these days, but to truly meet & trust the "guys next door" be the right choice has given us the security of being a true partner. We are so proud to have them as new friends and trusted professionals in our professional tool bag - but also knowing they are welcomed to stop by and hang with the family at the same time. In addition to the added monetary value to our home, we have had several neighbors ask us about our new windows & doors and could not tell them about the guys at Window Depot of Louisville fast enough! I paid $1200 for windows that I never received. 2 guys from the company came out to measure the windows and when it came time to install I was told the measurements were wrong. I have no windows nor a refund. I was told I would get a refund but that has yet to happen. Ive left messages and texts but no response. Update so after calling my bank, leaving a negative review, contacting the FTC and the BBB I was finally able to get the situation resolved. I do not believe I should have had to go through all of that. I was also told I didnt have to get a refund because no other company would have given me one like the situation was my fault and how the company was out the money they paid for the windows even though the person from said company came to measure the windows and got the wrong measurements so Im not sure how that was my fault at all. It was like I was expected to still pay even though I didnt have any windows when it wasnt my mistake. Just be careful using this company because any mistakes made on their part are on you.
