Please hire customer service representative to take customers payments with a customer service personality. 3/5/2022 Had a nasty attitude another customer was there agreed that her attitude was nasty. Went to a different car dealership she had a nasty attitude while speaking with the car salesman. Reminder customer service representative are the face of the company. No one wants to make payments when they have to deal with nasty attitudes and this is not just with me it was two others that agreed. Let along my account profile payment is not set up correctly. *****Anyone looking for a vehicle please take your business elsewhere I do not recommend this car lot at all. Based on account you setup not being properly managed and because of how youre treated. I have a whole bookkeeping business and Valerie asked me if I could add when I asked was a fee applied to my account. Which is part of her job to give information to a customer. Fees are wrong on my account she told me that they dont have to tell me where they apply my payments when made. When I have been making payments towards my vehicle why would I change what I do now and also not be informed where my payments are going towards.

Don't buy a care from these cons! They will tell you that bad reviews are from people that didn't pay their payments but they sell bad cars and when you return within the time your supposed to they still hold you to the sale and 3 years later take you to court for way more than the money owed. Way better car lots on preston and in Louisville even if your low income and need a car. Don't give them your money go to Big M, Kia, 4th street or Gregg Coats. This company even gets their bad reviews taken away so they can keep hurting the community

I just purchased a car had it a week had to call in to work miss work because I get sold a car that's not reliable the people are great but they will sale you anything I mean how the hell you exspect to get paid if we can't get to work in the vehicles your selling seriously !!!
